Mozart Kugel workshop

Welcome to our Mozart Kugel workshop, where you will learn how to make one of Austria's most iconic and delicious sweets! Named after the famous composer Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, Mozart Kugel is a chocolate-coated marzipan ball filled with nougat, and it has been a beloved treat in Austria for over a century.

Our expert chocolatiers will guide you through the process of shaping the marzipan into small balls. Then, you will learn how to make a delicious nougat filling which will be wrapped around the marzipan balls.

Once the marzipan-nougat balls have been shaped and filled, you will move on to the final step of the workshop, where you will learn how to coat the balls with a luscious layer of chocolate. You will have the option to choose between milk, white, or dark chocolate to coat your Mozart Kugel.

After the chocolate has set, it's time to wrap your handmade Mozart Kugel in a beautiful and colorful foil of your choosing. We provide a variety of multi-color foils to choose from, so you can personalize your treats as a perfect souvenir or gift.

As part of the workshop, you will also receive a beautiful box to store and transport your Mozart Kugel creations. This box is specially designed to hold your treats securely and keep them fresh until you're ready to enjoy them.
